Define Job Fair? At first it was a classic idea that a jobless person (like me) finds and captivates an employer's attention. It might be challenging. On the other hand, it was my exit judgment to join the "JOBGANTIC" event of Jobstreet to find my dream job (related to my major) and be part of any prestigious company.
It was really my first time to pass my impressive resume to different companies that I want to be part of. Plus the fact that it was my first time be part of the event.
My conclusion - Ten (10) resumes for one (1) Goal in one (1) Job Fair: An immediate reply from an employer, pass their job interview and get hired.
