The Question about the Ethics of Journalism

Ethics means motivation based on ideas of right and wrong (Word Web Pro). It is a standard of every man to choose what is good and choosing the lesser evil. Man is born to be natural good. I would attest to that, we have conscience.
In Journalism, even in other professions, it follows an ethics. To write with a decisive experience of ethics is being upright. It is through ethics that Journalism be respected and maintain its prestige. To tell the truth, objective and fair are very crucial in the said profession.
Nowadays, people may comment that our journalists are bias, protecting their own interest. There is a simple explanation to that comment, humans are born imperfect. If you will understand the meaning of ethics, it is a motivation based on ideas of right and wrong. When you say well, it is better for humanity. You dignified yourself through a right path of life. You may be awarded as a good journalist, like a Good Samaritan. To help people is a momentous experience. Let me relate this bible verse in ethics of Journalism, Let all that you do be done in Love (1 Cor 16: 14).
It is easy to say but it is hard to do, principles may be easy to understand, easy to explain and defend in our teachers. How about the application of ethics? Action speaks louder than words. We deal with different situation of ethics, especially if the ethical standards are at risk. The Journalism profession has a lot of issues like Envelopmental Journalism, conflict of interests, unethical usage of words and abuse of power. There is a simple answer with regard to the application of Ethics in Journalism, to do good for ourselves, better for humanity and best to the Divine Providence. Let Journalism be the change for our declining ethical lifestyle. Let Journalism be the information of uplifting our moral fibers. Let Journalism be one of the ambassadors of appropriate life.
