Just a wrap up on my experiences this first semester. It was such a wonderful five-month studying from my new course, Journalism. I learned from the ethical values of a Journalist, to the Trigonometric functions of Math and the art of Debate and Argumentation of English.
I was able to do a part-time job in a contact center while studying from a University. I learned how to manage my time. Having a five to six hours of sleep during Tuesdays and Thursdays, doing all assignments, analyzing those Trigonometric equations and listening to the one and half hour boring lecture of my English professor.
The Documentary Video we passed as an entry in GMA 7, I would say, a fulfillment and finding a new talent. The social mumble of my Journalism professor, the sharing of ideas about the political, social and economics situation in our country was a great adjunct to our knowledge.
I also acknowledge my team leader in the contact center I worked with. He gave us an opportunity to develop our technical and communication skills. Even some eureka in trivia. My team mates whom I shared my joy, sadness, mood swings and jokes. I learned from them and I hope they learn from me as well.
I truly enjoy going back as a regular student in a University. Reminiscing the six years of my Grade School laughters and tears as my Alma Mater is just a building neighbor from the University I enrolled in.
This time I am thinking on the next adventure that will happen for my second semester. Well, it's now different, I got a full time job in the afternoon and I will enroll for morning classes in that University. I hope to learn more.
