KUDOS FOR A MONTH NOW!

Cheers for being in month in my new job! I don't have my evaluation yet I have to be careful for my actions through the company. One thing I have to spare in my philosophy. I have to be as patient as possible. I have to practice a lot especially in my english communication skills. Being a late comer in my current company makes me a primadonna, getting pissed off by my evaluators. I heard one call audit that I lost my patience on one of my students. I have used a long sentence that made her ridiculously tired. Well, In my concern, I have to be quiet about it and I should not make unnecessary comments. Luckily, my q.a. fell to a 72% score. It's a declining point for me.. The best thing about my new job is that I feel motivated for language teaching is a variety of great topics. Imagine how can a person like me stayed for a teaching job. I admit that my patience is short when it comes to teaching but communication wise, I have a real edge. Thanks for my british accent and call center culture. Being bitch sometimes uplift my confidence to talk freely with ease responsibilities... Again, A cheers and KUDOS for a proud person like me.

It's really hard to make decisions

Whenever we make a hard decisions, it's difficult to think. We worry about its consequences. We never know if our decisions may bring a positive or negative effects to our lives. Its limitless to see how people suffer from the small patches of wrong decisions. A man can only live once but his decisions is worth a million to change a thousand. Like our philosophical views about religion, politics and science. Its a progress of different rationalization. It is lame for some people how they don't care about the wrong decisions they have made. They only realize it when they are blame directly by it. We don't have instincts of the future, we're not wizards. But having a good philosophy about life can menace a positive decisions. A moral fiber is not perfect for a right decision. It is on how we stand for our principles in life, other people's welfare and common good. There was a famous line from the movie Wanted on which Angelina Jolie quote and unquote that Kill One for a thousand. This may hit our egos that whenever we feel dillemas in life, we have to think for the lesser evil. It may be unperfect but its worth the wait. We must remember that in life, its a mantra of good and evil.
