Title: Litter no more!

Throwing pieces of plastic wrappers is as easy as 1-2-3. You don’t need difficult efforts to do so. However, that simple, effortless deed causes terrible effects especially to our environment. It is a rampant undisciplined action of most people nowadays. People don’t look at their conscience of the misdeeds of littering to the environment. Wherein people will reap its harmful effects someday or even surprisingly, which might be terrible, or worst catastrophic?

People should be aware of the bad effects of littering on streets. Littering causes the drainage system clogs due to plastics littered unconsciously. In effect, it is causing floods to the streets and community. A smelly environment that creates inconvenience to all people, and dirty ambience or scenery that is an eyesore for everyone to see.

In order for us to solve the problem, awareness is highly recommended. We should not litter or throw pieces of plastic wrappers and the likes. It is better to clean our streets using broomstick and dustpan. Finally, proper garbage disposal and its proper management would secure prevention.

Are you now aware that littering is really harmful in our environment?

What makes you a good writer?

I often write like a student of writing, more often than not. Why? It’s due to the fact that my words are not really good. Or even it is better than those of Grade One. I write because I love to do so. I even wonder why? My love of writing started since I knew how to write the A-B-C in English. It was even appreciative during the time I learn on how to write a sentence. And even differentiates it from a phrase. So, what makes a good writer? Here’s my simple summary:

Read, read, read… Even the sign board on streets, post cards, old tabloid and prayer book.

Study, study, study… Not just the English language but more often your mother tongue, Filipino.

Hobby, hobby, hobby… Let writing be your hobby whether you’re happy, sad or angry.

Create, create, create… We live in a creative world to explore, and so it is for writing.

Love, love, love… It is the ultimate motivation to write. You must Love writing.

Write, write, and write.
